More specialization means narrowing down the scope of expansion which further means more limitations and constraints. The secret ingredient for this recipe of such rapid success rests in the concept of an ecosystem. The old school saying, “don't expand in the beginning, you first specialize and then look for expansion” have no place in the room of wisdom anymore. The new concept that enterprises must imbibe in their core pillars of the foundation is developing and thriving in the functional ecosystem. Get into an ecosystem model.

The third key point in the accelerating digital transformation is technology. Wise Business Tech Leaders of today would suggest that don’t just get stuck or carried away with one technology. Rather use the technology to support the business progress. If you are getting married to a specific technology or an Innovative Idea, you will go down with it if it goes down.
