The Major mistake most of the businesses commit is Identifying the market demand and aligning products/solutions that can serve the demand. Creative imitation satisfies a demand that already exists rather than creating one: "By the time creative imitators go to work, the market has already been identified and the demand has already been created. Strategic imitation occurs when one firm purposefully copies the products, processes, managerial methods, organizational form, market entry and/or investment timing of another firm with the intention of fulfilling a strategic goal.

If you want to be a Great Artist, start by copying artists you admire. Then dive deeper adding more creativity. What inspired their style? Why did they make certain choices? What can you learn from those who came before you?
